  • BS or MS in Exercise Science/ Kinesiology

  • CSCS, NSCA-CPT, CCC, CES

Hey y’all I’m Macie! Born and raised near Nashville. I received my M.S. in Exercise and Human Performance from Lipscomb, and am a NSCA CSCS. I enjoy training clients of all backgrounds and needs, from athletes, to pregnant and postpartum mothers, to busy businessmen and women. I strive to provide personalized programming and maintain personal relationships with my clients for a great experience at Innate.

COACH MACIE

Hey everyone, I’m Dallas. I’ve been a NASM certified personal trainer since 2021 and have completed David Grey Rehab courses. I’m passionate as ever about this job and lifestyle. I help my clients get stronger, feel better, and have more fun. Seeing clients reach their goals is my favorite part of coaching. I’ve run 3 full marathons, 1 half-marathon, and 1 triathlon.

Hello, my name is Marielle and I am certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in clean technique, injury prevention, and intentional strength training. I help clients build strength, improve mobility, move well, and perform at a high level with a focus on long-term health and sustainability.

Hi, I am Jeff, CSCS. I work with a wide range of clients, from young athletes to collegiate and professional competitors, as well as adults looking to improve their strength, performance, and overall health. My coaching style is built around helping people move better, get stronger, and enjoy training process while working towards their goals. A proud Hoosier, I enjoy music, history books, history podcasts, and spending time outdoors when I’m not at the gym.

Hi, my name is Max and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Belmont University. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them improve performance in sports, the gym, and everyday life. Whether it’s gaining strength, carrying groceries, or keeping up with the kids, I focus on helping clients move and feel better. Outside the gym, I enjoy golfing, going to concerts, and exploring Nashville’s food scene.

Hi! I’m Sonja. Originally from San Francisco, I competed in D1 cross country and track at Boston University, where I earned a degree in Health Sciences and gained experience assisting the university’s hockey strength and conditioning program. After graduation, I coached sports performance training for middle and high school athletes at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Belmont University.

Hi, my name is Lindsay and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I worked as a trainer and graduate assistant for personal training at Belmont University while working towards my Doctorate in occupational therapy. With this knowledge, I can tailor clients’ goals towards everyday activities they desire to participate in. I enjoy hiking, walking my two dogs, and spending time with friends and family.
